RETURNS POLICY
Returned Merchandise
Items returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition accompanied with the original sales receipt within 30 days will be eligible for a full refund by means of the purchasing method. An in-store credit will be issued for returns accompanied with the original sales receipt within 60 days. No returns beyond 60 days.

Credit Card refunds under $10.00 will receive cash for the refund amount.
Merchandise returned not in its original packaging, but in original salable condition within 30 days accompanied with the original sales receipt will be eligible for an in-store credit or exchange for the original purchase amount. Used merchandise may not be returned.
Merchandise returned with a gift receipt will be eligible for in-store credit or exchange for the original purchase amount. The White Elephant reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
Merchandise that is eligible for a mail-in rebate may only be returned with the original UPC and receipt.

Defective Merchandise
Items returned due to manufacture defects may be replaced within 30 days of purchase accompanied with a receipt, unless a manufacturer requires that the returns be handled by their customer service department. Defective items returned past the 30 day time limit will need to be directed to the manufacturer.

Factory Recalls
Items that have a factory recall will be handled based on the requirements of the factory.
Special Orders
Sales are final on customer specified items that are a non-stock item. Special order items may only be returned if the item received was not the item requested due to a mistake by the factory or store.
Down payments on special orders are non-refundable once an item has been shipped. A refund may be issued to the original method of payment if an item has not been shipped. The cancellation and refund of a special order that has not shipped must be processed at the original location where the special order was created.
Special exceptions and rules for returns by category
Firearms:
Firearms with manufacturer defects may be return and exchanged for the exact model accompanied with the original sales receipt within 30 days. Special order firearms need to be sent to the factory for repair.
Ammo:
Due to health and safety, ammo may not be returned if it was selected by the customer. Ammo that was sold due to a store mistake may be exchanged for the correct ammo.
